What is this store's return and exchange policy?
At JenSan Home and Body, all of our products are carefully inspected before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles or soaps cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to JenSan within 7 days of delivery. You may also exchange your product for another candle or soap of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping cost on all return items.
In the event the package is damaged during shipping you may return your unused candle(s) for a full refund of your purchase price, less shipping and handling within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at Customer Care for further details.
Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

How long will it take to receive my order?
All standard delivery orders are shipped via USPS. Second day and next day delivery requests are sent via Fed Ex. Orders are usually shipped within 2 to 3 business days of receipt of payment. Once shipped most domestic orders sent via standard delivery take anywhere from 2 to 4 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 7 weeks.
My order never arrived
First, check the delivery status using the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email. If that doesn’t work, send us an email that indicates what you ordered and the order number, and we will get back to you with an answer as soon as possible.
What are the steps for checking out with Paypal Express?
When checking out with Paypal Express, you are first taken to the PayPal page to input your credit card information and billing address. After this step, you are shown available shipping options. Once you have made your shipping selection, you can complete your order.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS
If an item is out of stock, you will be notified of the next available inventory date. You can then make a decision of whether to backorder the item or choose a replacement product.
